BAKER’S HINTS
Add Raisins
Blend ½ a cup of raisins into the Cinnamon Dry Mix before adding the water and olive oil.

Add Sweet Apricots and Rosemary
Stir together ½ cup finely chopped dried apricots & 2 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary. Blend into the dry mix before adding the olive and water.

STORAGE TIPS
Unopened dry mix
Refrigerating: Dry mix bags can be stored (before use) in the fridge for up to 60 days to keep fresh. Allow to come to room temperature for 3 hours before using.

Baked loaves

  • Freezing: Bread can be sliced, double wrapped, and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Countertops: Bread can be stored in accompanying plastic bags at room temperature for up to 2 days.
  • Refrigerator: Bread can be stored in refrigerator in plastic bag for up to 5 days.
